GENERAL
* By commissioning me, you confirm that you are 18+ or older.
* I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion.
* All commissions must comply with platform policies and/or applicable laws.
* Please provide clear instructions and if possible, references, when submitting your request.
WHAT I DRAW
I will accept:* Original Characters (OC)
* Fanart
* YCH
* Explicit NSFW/R18And reject:* Gore
* Mechas
* Furry/Anthro Content
* Childish Characters
PAYMENT
* Full payment is required upfront before I begin working.
* Prices cover the work and usage described in the commission listing/request.
* Commercial use is not included and must be discussed and agreed upon separately before the commission begins.
PROCESS & REVISIONS
* I will provide a sketch for approval before proceeding with the final artwork.
* Two revisions are included.
* Major changes to the original request may require an additional fee.
* Changes requested after the included revisions may incur an additional fee.
DELIVERY
* The final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG through the platform or the agreed delivery method. The file format can be changed upon request
* Source/project files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
* I retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* The client receives personal-use rights only unless commercial rights are separately agreed upon.
* The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, claimed as the client's own work, or used commercially without my permission.
* My artwork may not be used for AI training, dataset creation, or similar purposes.
PRIVACY & PORTFOLIO
* I may post completed commissions after delivery for portfolio and promotional purposes.
* Private commissions can be arranged individually before the commission is accepted.
* Please specify any privacy requirements when submitting your request.

By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
